TERCER CICLO

Today we had a wonderful visitor in sixth grade. As we are working tints, shades and colour in arts and crafts, Michael´s dad came to teach us a lesson in English about it. 

Mr Bella is a chemical engineer who develops paints and colours. Today, he made some experients about light and colour and he taught us a very interesting lesson to help us to understand how light works in real life. 

Thank you very much for this activity. You helped us a lot.

Today was Morgan's last day at school. We were very sad and we didn't want to say good bye to our favourite teacher. Morgan gave us a wonderful present. She printed our book "finding home" and she gave a copy to every author in class. 

Definitely, she will be remembered by us. Thanks to her we wrote our first book in English and she taught us so many things that we love her so much ♥️♥️♥️

Today we said good bye to our friend María Isabel and our teacher Luis.

María Isabel is moving to Valladolid with her family, so we hope she is going to be very happy there. We are going to miss her a lot as she is very kind. We love you María Isabel. Good luck.

Our student-teacher Luis is finishing his practice period at school today too. He has been three months teaching us in English as part of the bilingual programme. He has become an "Expert Mastered Bilingual Primary Teacher". Well done Luis! We are very proud of you! Thank you for all your teaching lessons and your awesome activities, such as the recycle fidget spinner.

Hola !!  Hoy los alumnos de 5º de Educación Primaria hemos realizado una actividad muy especial. Ivan Virosta, el papá de una de nuestras compañeras, ha venido a clase a explicarnos el Cambio Climático. Ha sido muy curioso comprobar lo que le ocurre a nuestro planeta, con el aumento de la temperatura. También hemos valorado que podemos realizar desde nuestro entorno, en casa y en el colegio, para colaborar en detener este proceso de calentamiento. Hemos realizado experimentos, visualizado información en la pantalla, debatido sobre el problema, hemos cumplimentado un panel con nuestras emisiones y nuestros gastos de energía.

Tenemos que plantearnos unos objetivos para poder frenar este calentamiento por el bien de nuestro planeta, de nosotros mismos y de las próximas generaciones. Nos lo hemos pasado genial y hemos aprendido y recordado muchos conceptos, como el tiempo atmosferico y el clima. Además, nos han regalado una chapa  !!! Gracias Ivan, esperamos que vuelvas pronto y que otros alumnos también tenga la suerte de que les des esta charla.
